Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched. You can simply visit your account on our application or website and click on “My Orders” where you will be able to see your order history. Select the product or the order you want to cancel and the process shall be complete. You will receive a notification affirming the same.
  • Cash on Delivery orders will be canceled instantly.
  • For prepaid orders, a refund will be initiated right after the cancellation is confirmed. The refund will be made on the same source the payment was made on. Please note that a refund can take 7-10 days to reflect in your account.
  • An Amount minimum of 150/- INR should be there depending on actual freight.
  • Please note that cancellations are to be done before the order has shipped. We are unable to accept any cancellations after dispatch.
  • In rare circumstances, we may accept your cancellation request after the product has been shipped. In that case, the refund will be made exclusive of the shipping charges if paid.

Prepaid Orders

  • Customers may cancel a prepaid order before it is dispatched.

  • In case of cancellation initiated by the customer, 2% + GST will be deducted from the total amount paid.
    (This deduction covers payment gateway and processing charges.)

  • The remaining balance will be refunded to the original mode of payment within the standard processing timeline.

  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • No cancellation charges will apply if a COD order is cancelled before dispatch.

  • If a COD order is dispatched and the customer later requests cancellation, the COD payment option will be disabled for the next 2–3 purchases.

  • If a customer refuses to accept the order at the doorstep or cancels the order at the time of delivery, the COD facility will not be available for the next 2–3 orders.

  • These measures are implemented to prevent misuse of the COD service and to ensure smooth operations for all customers.
