Return Policy

HOW TO CANCEL 

You can send a cancel request to Pehrvaa@gmail.com, the order can only be canceled if it is not shipped.

HOW TO RETURN 

You can return and exchange the order within 3 days ( 72 Hours ) of delivery of the product, to exchange or return. Please mail us at Pehrvaa@gmail.com

Our Exchange policy is very flexible and customer-friendly, we try to accommodate our patrons as much as we can, and we welcome exchanges on the following terms -
* If a wrong product has been received 
* If you identify a manufacturing defect on the received product
* If the product is received in a damaged condition
* If the product doesn’t fit into your desired expectation we will exchange/or provide you the credit note for future purchases.

* Refunds will be issued after deducting partial freight and packing charges. 10% of the total order value, as per the invoice, will be deducted, and the balance amount will be refunded.

*We do have a reverse pickup facility. Please remember to obtain an acknowledgement receipt from the courier, including the number of products you are dispatching, their signature, and their mobile number. We will not be responsible for any lost shipment.

No Courier Service is available, then the customer has to send the package back to:

HOW TO GET A REFUND

All refunds will be processed within 7-10 days of receiving the merchandise back at our warehouse. 
Prepaid orders will be refunded back directly into your account and COD orders will be refunded via store credit only.
Please allow 7-10 days for the amount to reflect in your bank-statements.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Customized products such as logo embroidery, and special sizes will not be exchanged/returned or refunded.
